I actually booked Portofino by accident, thinking I was booking a hotel outside the Cinque Terre.  It ended up being a 3 hours drive difference, so we headed straight to Portofino after leaving Pisa.     Italy Part 3: Tuscany and Florence

    Be sure to check out the rest of our trip to Italy Part 1 – Rome | Part 2 – Pompeii and Positano After our last breakfast on the Amalfi Coast, we packed our car and headed towards Tuscany. We spent most of the day in the car. It took around 6 hours to reach our next airbnb. On the way, we stopped by the Saturnia hot springs.     Italy Part 2: Pompeii and Positano

    Be sure to check out the rest of our trip to ItalyPart 1 – Rome  We said goodbye to Rome with buttered croissants, great coffee and headed off in our rental car. We rented from Eurpocar, making it easy to pick up our car in Rome and dropping it off in Venice. We got pretty use to driving in Italy on the way out of Rome.     Italy Part 1: Rome

    Colin and I started planning our trip to Italy a few years ago, but ended up not taking it because I changed jobs. We didn’t know where we wanted to go this year, so we decided to pull out our old plans and go to Italy!  Our original trip was planned for two weeks, so we had to cut a few cities from our list and my mom also joined us.
