This ruffle top has to be my favorite from all summer. It was easy to dress up and down by just changing out my bottoms. The sleeves are my favorite part! Even though it is longed sleeved, it was super cool for our hot summer here. The material was so thin and airy.  I dressed it up a little here but made it casual with a pearl detailed skirt from Zara and my favorite pair of white sneakers.
