Transitioning to Fall

Changing your wardrobe to a different season can sometimes be hard. I know here in the south, it usually doesn’t become sweater weather until late November. I have already bought 2 set of boots and a vary of long sleeves that I won’t be able to wear until sometime this season. If you follow girls from the north or Europe on your Instagram, like I do, you already know they are getting chiller weather and I am super jealous!  I am ready for chiller days and sweaters, but Summer seems to be holding on. Since it will be officially Fall in 4 days, we all want to start wearing Fall treads. The best way I have found, to start introducing Fall into my wardrobe, is by wearing Fall colors. Here, I have taken a top from TopShop I bought last year and jeans to create a look that speaks Fall, but i’m not burning up from the southern heat! You can easily change a Summer look, by adding jeans or a sweater.

Then, there are those chilly mornings and burning afternoons the same day. The best way to prepare for these days are by wearing layers!  🙂 What tips do you have for changing your wardrobe to Fall?

Check out a few of this seasons Fall looks I wish I could wear now below 😉
