My Favorite Ruffle Top
This ruffle top has to be my favorite from all summer. It was easy to dress up and down by just changing out my bottoms. The sleeves are my favorite part! Even though it is longed sleeved, it was super cool for our hot summer here. The material was so thin and airy. I dressed it up a little here but made it casual with a pearl detailed skirt from Zara and my favorite pair of white sneakers. Side note, I can never keep my sneakers white! Linen Skirts
Happy Hump Day! I swear, it feels like everyone on my Instagram feed is wearing sweaters or coats already, not skirts! I bought a few kits a couple of weeks ago, but haven’t gotten to wear them because it’s still so warm here. Here is a look I wore recently when we were down in Charleston. Skirt Combinations for Spring
I recently received this skirt from 6ix label and I thought was it was perfect to pair with heels and go on date night. However, the day was feeling great out and I was itching to wear it. I decide to dress it down and create a more casual look to wear out to lunch. A white collar shirt and black mules were the perfect touches. Boyfriend coat
When I shared this look on Instagram, it received great feedback. So, I wanted to share it here where you can shop the look below. When I first saw it online I wasn’t too sure I would like it. I have such a love/hate relationship with anything boyfriend fit. I actually came back two days later to give it a try and I’m glad I did! I’ve been wearing this boyfriend coat non-stop lately. The fit is easily dressed up for the office or down for a day of errands and a plus its not too heavy!

Cardigan weather
As the weather gets warmer (then drops again) I cannot help to think of all the winter weather we did not have this year. I am such a fan of winter and upset I did not wear all of my winter coats to their fullest this year. Pretty soon I am going to be packing up all my winter clothes to make room for spring. Christmas 2016
I cannot believe Christmas has passed already! This year Colin and I spent Christmas morning in Charleston with his family. Colin’s family is huge compared to mine, so it can be a bit hectic at times. However, I always enjoy getting together with his family, it’s like a small reunion because they all live allover and are very different from each other. The first night there Colin and I cooked dinner for 15 people, even though I enjoy cooking it was a lot of work and took 5 hours! Little black dress
I cannot believe it is still warm enough for me to wear this little black dress. It’s crazy how the weather has been this year. Some mornings it is freezing when I wake up and others it feels like summer outside. The night I wore this dress it was very mild, almost too warm (this dress is very thick material)! Acacia Swimwear
I have been wanting an Acacia Swimsuit for the longest time! I’ve waited this long to get one because I have only seen them online. I learned along time ago never to order a bathing suit, I always end up sending them back because they don’t fit. I was lucky to FINALLY find a store in Charleston that carries their suits! Firmoo
I never wear my glasses anywhere. I usually keep them by the bed and they never leave from there haha. I am a contacts girl all the way.
